  • Welcome to Chatfield Country Charm. We offer a 5000 sq ft home on 5 acres. Our home features 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 2 family rooms, 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, office, and a loft.

    Enjoy a rare country setting only minutes to Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Chatfield State Park, Roxborough State Park and Arrowhead Golf Course. Just 5 minutes to Highlands Ranch, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, and gas stations and more.
    Our home is in an upscale covenant-controlled community.
    We have free parking for up to 5 cars. No RV's or camping trailers.
    Guests must call for directions prior to arrival.
    Our home is wheelchair accessible. Our accessible accommodations include roll in showers, grab bars, accessible bed heights, step free entrances, and ramps.
