Mark was so kind, quick to respond to any questions we had, and made us feel welcome. The home was very clean upon our arrival, and the location was perfect while visiting family in Parker. It was a very comfortable and relaxing home, which made my granddaughters enjoy coming over to spend time together. Just know there are stairs to climb. The neighborhood was quiet and close to trails for walking the dog as well as a park nearby for the grandchildren. Although there are no restaurants or stores within walking distance it is a quick and easy drive to get to plenty. We also enjoyed our happy hours on the deck. When we come back to visit Parker, we hope to rent here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ##### Linda D. The Parker area is up and coming residential area. Home is in a high end neighborhood with beautiful landscaping and facilities. Very safe to walk around and enjoy the area. There are not a lot of restaurants or stores within walking distance, but plenty within a 5-10 minute drive. Castle Rock and Parker offer a ton of restaurant and shopping options. Property is a modern tri-level home with lots of stairs, so be prepared to hike up and down. Owner was excellent for communication and making sure our stay was perfect. ##### Thomas S.
