Looked forward to using the pool but it was green algae and unusable. Texted owner and she apologized and said she didn’t know about that. However when we looked at an earlier review, others had same issues. A/C stopped working but after a call to owner got that fixed. Nothing in description said bedrooms were not on one level and no A/C on first level. Thought we deserved more than 10% refund. Would definitely not use this property again, worst we’ve been to.

This property fell very short of our expectations. When we first arrived there was still food in the refrigerator. The beds are very soft and the linens are not hotel quality.The only king size mattress is VERY soft and after a few days I could not sleep on it. Laundry is downstairs so if stairs are a problem for you do not rent this house. The kitchen has lots of small items but I could only find 2 actual pans to cook with. Half way thru our stay we got a notice on the door from the city saying they were going to shut the water off. Thankfully, that never happened. The pool is not a high point of this listing. Rather it is a mosquito invested swamp. We were there in July so maybe the summer heat made it worse than normal but we did not go anywhere near it. I would not recommend this property.
