"Age of the building contributes to the overall look. Dingy atmosphere and evenings bring a lot of noise from tenants. It served the purpose for what I needed for my stay. I am chosing to not go back for my next visit in the near future. "

"Horrible experience. Someone was assigned the same room as mine and opened my door in the middle of the night, which was extremely frightening. When I reported it, the issue was blamed on a “software glitch,” which did not feel reassuring. There were other problems as well. Although I booked and paid for three nights through Expedia, the hotel claimed that only one night had been paid for. I had to contact Expedia to clarify the reservation, and even on my checkout day, the payment issue still had not been fully resolved. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing stay."

"The pool wasn't open and they are in the process of remodeling which no one informed us before we came. The rooms have very little in them. Staff didn't really care if you were there or not"

"The Holiday Inn Express was a great find and great stay. Loved the condition of the rooms, the property seemed recently updated, and the breakfast was excellent. Would happily stay here again!!"
