"I've stayed at this place for well over 20 years. My destination is Koblenz but I prefer to stay here where it is quiet and serene. The staff is excellent. Breakfast is always a treat. I love taking a pot of coffee and sitting on the balcony listening to the nearby Brexbach stream."

"You have to walk down to another hotel to check in. Sitting outside to wait for my partner to get the key, I did not feel this was the best of areas. There was a funky/musty smell that was quite off-putting in the entrance hall but the bedroom area was good. The nearest restaurant is a kilometre away. "We loved our experience at the castle. The room was massive with a private bathroom and exploring the castle/grounds was very nice. I found the breakfast a little expensive, but the cafe on site was great. We really enjoyed the lady working the cafe, she was so kind and helpful."
