My number one requirement is cleanliness for any Vrbo and this house was maybe the cleanest I have stayed in. We were visiting family at SMU and it is about 15-20 minutes away from the campus... It is in a brand new development, right outside of downtown , so it does have a city downtown feel but we did feel safe. The house looks exactly like the photos! ##### Andrea R. The home was immaculate and the perfect size for my family of four. The two master suites—with their spacious bathrooms—were a total win, especially for the three women I was traveling with. Every TV in the house worked perfectly, and the kitchen was beautifully equipped for everything we needed. Tanner, the owner, was fantastic to work with—responsive, friendly, and professional. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the farmer's market and close to downtown, which is definitely a perk if you are traveling without a car.
