There will be a $250 fine for bringing an unauthorized pet. • This is a home, not a hotel. There is no on-site staff and we cannot provide 24/7 support. If an issue arises, message us and we’ll take care of it as quick as we can. • This home is meant for quiet, respectful enjoyment. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. • A City noise ordinance is in effect 10PM-7AM. Bluetooth speakers are NOT allowed at this home due to the excessive noise they cause. We have a noise monitoring device installed in the property that will send you and us alerts if it detects excess noise and/or crowding. • This is a non-smoking home including the garage (including e-cigarettes / vaping). A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to remove odor if this rule is broken. Smoking can only be done outdoors. • The use of illegal drugs or the practice of any illegal activity on the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If this rule is broken, it will be reported to the authorities and you will be required to immediately vacate the property. • Please clean up after yourselves, bag all trash, and replace any moved furniture to the way you found it. If cleaning is required above and beyond a normal cleaning, the extra cost will be passed onto the guest. • If any personal belongings are left behind, they will be kept for 24 hours after check-out. After that time, they will be thrown away. • There will be a $250 fine per night for exceeding our guest max. • Please note that while our pool is generally crystal clear year round, no refunds will be given if the pool is unusable during your stay. The home is sparsely furnished, which is actually good for a rental; however the very spacious kitchen is very lacking the basics of cooking , serving and feeding 14\. There were 7 forks, 6 glasses and many plastic cups, 1 dishtowel, no serving platters and serving bowls. There are a ton of plates and bowls and mugs which was great. These are easy fixes. The other thing is that the hot tub is managed by the owner which was super annoying to have to contact through the app everytime we wanted to use it.and the fireplace is non functioning. All that being said, we had a great time and felt for what we paid, it was still very good. ##### Melissa R. We stayed with several families and loved the games, layout and pool. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. When we arrived, the walls were open and I guess there was a plumbing issue with no hot water in the master suite. We were not told of this issue prior to arriving and though a worker came to look at the problem and said he would be back to fix it, he never came back and the hot water was not restored. It was also problematic to have to call the property manager every time we wanted the hot tub turned on as we had kids in the pool most of the day on several occasions. I have never had to call a property company so much during one stay. ##### Rebecca C. Beautiful home with lots of room, though we spent most of our time in the pool. Game rooms gave the kids plenty to do. Bedrooms were comfortable...neighborhood was safe and very walkable. Owners were extremely responsive, usually within 5 minutes. We highly recommend this place for families or groups visiting Dallas. ##### Gary J. The home was lovely and spacious. I love the fact that everything was made available for guest all toiletries didn’t have to bring anything!
