The house was exactly what we wanted for the trip. Kids stayed in the room with the trundle beds and the adults used the big rooms. If they’ll have us we’ll be back if we’re ever in the area. We did see a few bugs and there was a few dirty dishes mixed in with the clean but just a quick check in the kitchen should resolve this. I do recommend marking the depth of the pool since it is pretty deep on one side. We did ruin their tea kettle (we replaced it) and it was super easy to communicate with Scoot through the app. Thanks for a great stay. ##### Maria G. This house is in a very nice, middle class neighborhood. Quiet, but with tons of commercial activity -- restaurants, stores, etc. -- within a mile. A park and bike/walking trail at the end of the street, maybe a quarter of a mile away. Lots of rooms and beds. However, the best part of our stay was management's response to the AC quitting at the beginning of our stay with temperatures in the 90s. I sent a message to Scott on our way to dinner about the AC. By the time we got home he had two brand new, powerful window units installed so we would be comfortable that evening. The AC was fixed the next day. I'm always concerned when I rent how responsive management will be. Do not be one bit concerned with this property. If you need something, it gets done. Would stay again, but most importantly would stay at any property managed by Scott and his group. ##### Joel A. The owner communicated through text to make sure everything was going well. My whole family had a blast in the giant pool in the back yard. Walmart and Kroger were almost within walking distance and there's a park with a beautiful walking trail within eyesore of the home.
