Property management needs to chamge!
The communication when we were at the house was good. We got to house and “year round” pool was 50 degrees. Heater did not work, communicated with manager was told how to fix, he kept turning off on us so we had very disappointed kids because the pool was way to cold to swim in! We asked for some compensation and did not get! The stay was acceptable until we left! They say no worry if you leave something behind THATS A JOKE!!! We left a ring behind we should have done a better job of looking BUT they found it! We were already in OK on our way home to KS. So I asked to be shipped!! That was. Nightmare!!! I got ghosted by property manager so went to company, it took exactly 18 days to get any progress done after communication for almost every day asking about it! Finally had property manager contact me 3 days later I got the ring!! I should not have had to deal with the headache and stress over this ordeal!! Very disappointed in property manager, owners may want to check into that! BUT the boys had fun at the cotton bowl!

It was a nice place. This wasn’t a trip for fun so hard to say we had a great time. The house was nice just as advertised.
