"Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a small, hardened substance on the bed sheet that had left a visible stain. The condition of the room was unacceptable to the point that we couldn’t even stay there for one night. When we contacted reception, they initially said there was nothing they could do, which was very frustrating. After insisting, they eventually offered us another room, but it had twin beds instead of the double bed we had booked. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or service, and we would not recommend it"

"Room itself was spacious and comfortable at good rate. However, after a day of rain, patio door leaked and floor saturated. I felt like it happened before. Carpeting should be removed in case of mold."

"Do not be fooled by the reviews and select photos like I was. The room was okay, very small but reasonably clean. The bed was so broken down it sounded like a wooden ship breaking apart any time you moved or got up. The view out the windows is old, rundown houses with backyards full of trash and broken bicycles. The worst part was the paper thin walls. You can clearly hear normal conversations in the next room, and between neighbouring tvs and loud guests, it’s never quiet. If you have to stay here, ask for a room facing the parking lot. In this case, it’s the best view available."

"The listing said there was not an elevator but was not expecting the unit to be on a second level. They were proactive advising as it was off season there were limited restaurants open. The hot water wasn’t working but they immediately took care of the issue and were very attentive to this issue. All necessary items were available in the kitchen. "
