"Overall a very nice hotel. Clean, accessible, large rooms and bathrooms and helpful/friendly staff. However, the ground floor bar/restaurant was not good as we ordered a meal and drinks and only my wife's meal arrived and then after several queries a meal arived 75 minutes later but was not what I ordered - basically no English speaking staff."
"The setting was absolutely spectacular, we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa,which was amazing. With our own terrace and dunkpool it was extremely private. We stayed end of June when it was chilly in the evening and the staff came and lit the fire upon request every evening. Couldn't fault the place, out of this world"
"The front desk staff were very helpful and gracious, especially as we do not speak Spanish well (some of their staff speak some English). This is our third time staying here, and it really is a good value for the money - with a great location in the center of the city of Mendoza. If you are staying for a week or more and want a bigger space, I highly recommend the Business Suite room."
"We enjoyed this resort so much that we rarely left. We had every dinner and breakfast in residence. The food is excellent and the staff are well trained. We very much enjoyed our suite with a Hottub outside."
