"The property was lovely, well set out, clean and tidy, I would strongly recommend getting the pest control guys out. As during the night there were multiple large cockroaches on the floors in the kitchens and lounge rooms and several huntsman spiders in the corner of the architrave.Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 46 Gothic Parade! Clean, comfortable, roomy, beautiful amenities, great back yard, private, and extremely welcoming! The owners have been very thoughtful in the details providing a wonderful selection of books, movies, cosy nooks, and a splendid kitchen/dining facility. We absolutely loved exploring the creativity displayed around the walls, the couch covers, cushions and shelves. Being able to slide open the front wall and enjoy relaxing in the armchairs while being hidden by the front garden was really special. The rain did not dampen our holiday as we strolled down to the beach with our little dog to enjoy the dog friendly areas. We will definitely try to book this home again for our next Sunshine Coast holiday as it is the perfect setting, close to all the amenities we need - sports grounds, beach, basic shopping and dining area etc."

"We had a great stay in this property, with so many thoughtful additions to the house that made it feel like a home. We brought our 7 month old baby and 3 year old and there were toys, cots and high chairs available for use which really made us feel at home. The hosts were great to communicate with and the house was exactly as advertised. We will be missing our morning coffees out in the backyard watching the pool and canal."

"We used our own baby gates at the top of the stairs to keep our 2 year old & 10 month old safe.Great having 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms for our 4 couples & children.Would have appreciated A/C in upstairs lounge & 2 of the downstairs bedrooms.Happy with everything else."
