"Security and clean room "

"Kudos to Ethan who gave us a warm and memorable welcome at check-in. The Pfister is both an architectural delight and chock-full of great art -- particularly paintings. The hotel does a great job of making the details about both available to interested guests. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The flavored waters in the lobby were a lovely treat. All in all, this was a fantastic experience that exceeded all our expectations. Would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat. "

"The staff was wonderful. The front desk lady who checked me in was very friendly. But later that night (after 11pm) our hotel neighbors were really loud. I called the front desk, and they handled it immediately. "

"great location and very clean with friendly staff. Only bummer was that the Starbucks in the hotel was having electrical issues so we visited the Bistro for breakfast instead - which did end up being delicious."
