« Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kathleen and Ken’s property. They’re honestly the most lovely, welcoming people. Even without the lure of the farm, they’re enough to make you want to come back again. The farm is awesome, they’ve got a Cow, Bull, Sheep, Ducks, Chickens, Turkeys and a lovely little Puppy which are all super accessible during your stay. Aside from the paddock with the Bull (for obvious reason) you have pretty much free rein to go and explore the entire 25 acres. Ken left us plenty...

« Attached at the rear to the 'big' house I felt a little upstairs downstairs! Loved the gardens, chooks, donkeys and outside spaces. No fuss check-in after we determined it wasn't 4pm as shown but 2pm. Recommend for city dwellers who want a taste of the farm life. »

« A great little place with lovely views, only 15-20mins from town. Perfect for 3 adults or a couple with younger kids. Communication with the owners was great and the fireplace was fantastic on a cold wet day. Only a minor inconvenience, no smart tv meant no Netflix, but we would definitely stay again »

« We had a wonderful stay at Taralga Terraces - Whiting's Store and loved the town. It was cold so we made the most of the combustion fire and the beds were cozy and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had all the amenities we needed. We ventured out to Wombeyan Caves and also had dinner at The Argyle Inn which was fantastic. Crookwell is also a lovely little town. Lisa was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back to this centrally located property. »

« We had a great time getting together with family from various states; taking time out to reconnect and chat and plan over wonderful meals, walks and times near the water. The farm also offered space for solitary walks and naps, reading or flipping a lure with gatherings over meals.
