Crested Butte penthouse, featuring stylish interiors and breathtaking views. Whether you choose to relax in the hot tub or unwind indoors, this space offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. Watch your favorite shows on a 75" Smart TV and pour yourself a drink and kick back. Need some privacy? The 2nd bedroom offers a 55" Smart TV, seating area, and activity table. The large living room offers two oversized sofas, a chaise, and a 75" Smart TV with Sonos sound system. Sign in to your favorite streaming service or enjoy the included Samsung TV Plus. The dining area comfortably seats six, and the breakfast bar accommodates four, all with panoramic views of the Paradise Divide, Mt. Crested Butte, Whetstone, Red Lady, Gothic, and Axtel mountains. The primary bedroom features a king bed with luxury linens, a cozy sitting area, and a private en suite bath. The second bedroom is perfect for additional guests or children, with two queen mattresses in a bunkbed setup, luxury linens, a 55" Smart TV, a sitting area, and access to a 2nd full bath. The fully-equipped kitchen highlights stainless steel appliances, two ovens, an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances like a coffee maker/grinder, toaster, blender and crockpot. The kitchen is spacious enough for everyone to join in on meal preparation. Step outside to enjoy dining and grilling in the outdoor areas. Take in a soak in the hot tub under the stars, and take in the shimmering lights of the town below as the sun sets on another day in paradise. From your penthouse door, you have access to two private balconies, one is equipped with a Weber electric grill. Additionally, there's a large shared deck below with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub. You will also have access to the complex's private parking lot. Bring up to two vehicles and enjoy the convenience of parking them in the private lot or take advantage of the free "locals" town/ski bus from the convenient stop in the cul-de-sac. During winter, the bus service runs every 30 minutes. In summer, it's a short five to nine-minute walk from the condo to the bus stop. This is how we've enjoyed this Crested Butte gem, now it is your turn. STR License Number: 306038 1) Winter conditions exist! We have contracted with a snow removal company to attend to the decks and parking area however, for your safety please exercise caution while in circulation around the property as ice and snow at 9,500' is prevalent. 2) There is a crockpot, hand mixer, pots/pans, bakeware, tableware, starter paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods. 3) Full size washing machine and dryer in unit. Soap included! 4) You have kids? Hate traveling with their big "stuff"? Pack n Play (just bring their linen), Baby Trend Range Jogging Stroller may be available for loan by request at no charge. BPA free cups/dishes and gently used toys & books in the residence for your child's enjoyment. 5) Wildlife sightings are frequent, to avoid damage to the grills from hungry bears, please clean with the grill brush. 6) It is recommended only small children occupy the top bunk as there is a 150 pound weight limit. 7) STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Yes, it's Colorado, and "it" is legal but please take a step outside if need be. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type inside the residence. Smoking of anything is only permitted in the parking lot, peace. 8) Common area charcoal grill deck and hot tub open 8am-10pm max. 9) Quiet time in the unit is from 10:00pm to 8:00am, please respect the neighbors. 10) No pets or emotional support animals\* \*No animals are permitted in this unit and VRBO does not require us to host guests with emotional support animals (announced or unannounced) since allergies to animals are present in the owner's family and they are unable to then share and service the space due to health hazards. This unit is the entire top floor of the condo building with an expanded view of the mountains. We felt like walking into a Restoration Hardware show room the moment we step in. Interior design was tastefully done. Clean and well organized. We love the in unit laundry and fully equipped kitchen. The bedding sheets are sooo soft and smells fresh. The apartment is very nicely decorated and well appointed. Super comfortable and inviting. I even took note of the brand of sheets so I could buy some they were so soft! Lots of games and puzzles for entertaining, hot tub on the 1st floor. Location is easy access to town and ski mountain, a little liquor store and small grocery store nearby or a short drive to town for a larger store if you need to fully stock. Host was great, provided all information and access was easy. I will be bringing my family back next time! Can’t wait to show them how great this place was. ##### Christina H. Little do you know that once you go inside and have the top floor view it only gets better. Stepping into the unit you are given plenty of seating but the floor plan is very open. The kitchen is stocked with tons of plates, cups, wine glasses, pans, and the list goes on. The bedrooms are nice and you have storage spaces for your clothing in the closets. You also have a door form each bedroom to step out into the patio and enjoy the view. The patio is really what gives this place its value. Having 360 degree views of crested butte, snow, mountains is incredible. Being able to drink a cup of coffee outside to start your day with those views is everything. The place was amazing and only complimented by having a host who was very accessible and friendly. The communication could not have been better and the host was able to give us great places to eat at while we were there.
