Nicely Remodeled Condo & Awesome Views Short-Term Rental License: 306416 International-203 was extensively remodeled to the owner's specifications, now ready for your family to enjoy! Fabulous, fully remodeled unit with log beams, wood paneling, and mountain furnishings. This condo boasts top quality finishes including granite and slate surfaces and stainless steel appliances. The floor plan includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen, the second bedroom has a Queen, and the third bedroom has two sets of Full-sized Bunk Beds. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The fireplace is wood-burning, and we supply the wood. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. Enjoy incredible views of the town of Mt. Crested Butte and Washington Gulch. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes. I-203 is conveniently located steps from the slopes and trails. NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season! Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder. The International Building entrance is on the third floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access I-203. There are two parking spaces available for guests. Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires. International Building Bedroom One: 1 Queen Bedroom Two: 1 Queen Bedroom Three: 2 Full bunks 2 Bathrooms Sleeps up to 8 people Full Kitchen 1490 Square Feet Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk to the end of the parking lot, skis on, and you are on the slopes! Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay! The condo was well designed with space to move around/store ski gear. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment, and was big enough that it was functional. The condo and beds were comfortable but the walls are very thin. The group staying above us had parties each night and made sleeping difficult. The office closed at 4PM. we got in around 6PM and had no idea what to do. We went to the web site and finally got it figured out. You had to go to a different location and get an envelope that was taped to a wall with your name on it. Nothing in place to keep someone else from taking your envelope.
