Access to communal hot tub, tennis courts and slopes close by! One car garage provides secure storage for bikes and gear. Parking for 2 vehicles. The Space: This one story condo is located on the 2nd floor which requires ascending one flight of stairs. Tastefully renovated and appointed, this is a wonderful property to call home for a few days or a few weeks. Upon walking in, you will find yourself in the open concept living area. Off both the dining and living areas you have sliding glass doors to a deck to enjoy views of Mt. Crested Butte. There is a smart tv &an electric fireplace for additional ambiance and warmth. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and new appliances to enjoy. A shared full bathroom is located across from the kitchen area for two of the three guest rooms. A guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another with a bunk bed (twin over twin) are located down the hall. Across from the bunk bedroom you will find a full size washer and dryer for your use. Beyond these rooms, is the primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a small deck located off of the primary suite. The free shuttle to the base area stops every 20 minutes in front of the A building of the Outrun Condos parking lot in the winter. There is a private garage for gear/bike storage and you will have parking passes for 2 cars in the lot. Trailers and RV's also unfortunately cannot be accommodated here. The hot tub is one of the few in the area that is open year round for guest use. There is also a private tennis court that is open seasonally on the property. There is a grill at the hot tub area for your use as well. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights. Guests 25 and older or children with their parent(s) or guardian(s) are welcome. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. Our company does request that you sign a separate rental policy upon booking. If you would like to see this prior to booking, please ask and I'd be happy to email it to you. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the property. This property is not pet friendly. Parking for Outrun Condominiums - No more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Out Run Condominiums for each condominium unit (rental or non-rental,) without the prior written permission of the Board of Directors. No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of the Out Run Condominiums unless the same is in good working condition and used for actual transportation, and in no event may vehicles of any nature be parked in the parking area for more than two weeks continuously without the permission of the Board of Directors or Managing Agent. Following any substantial snowfall, all owners of motor vehicles shall, upon request, remove the same from the parking area during snow removal operations. Anyone having extra vehicles must check with the management office to determine where to park the extra vehicle. Non-compliance with any of the motor vehicle regulations may subject the offending vehicle to towing at the owner’s expense. No trailer parking is available. Guest Access: Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST. The Neighborhood: The Outrun Condos are located just north of the Three Seasons and Chateaux complexes. They have an outside community hot tub and all units have garages. You could walk to the base area in about 10 min but you can easily take the shuttle that stops just outside the Aspen bldg parking lot. The condo was clean and kitchen was well-equipped. The location was fantastic - the first stop on the Three Seasons bus loop to the base of the ski mountain, which meant no danger of bus being full in the morning (due to Covid capacity restrictions) and it was the first drop off spot after a long ski day. Beds were comfortable, no TVs in the bedrooms but not really an issue since we were there to ski and everyone had their own devices if they really wanted to watch a movie in the bedrooms. Until the snow and ice slid off the roof and busted my windshield in the day before we checked out. We were told to park in front of the garage with no additional instructions. Sunday was a sunny day and out of precaution we backed out our vehicle farther away from the condo to avoid possibly being hit by falling snow/ice from roof. (Our SUV didn’t fit in the garage.) Early afternoon I jumped in my car to go to town, I had to pull forward to get out because there was a LARGE pile of snow behind my car (piled up from the snow plow to clear parking lot). I pulled forward to change my angel to get out and just as I put my car in reverse to back out of the parking lot the snow/ice from the roof fell on my windshield and busted it in to the point that it caved into my dashboard and dented my hood. There are no windshield repair shops in town so we had to have our car towed and they had to ship in our windshield to Gunnison. We had to get transportation to Gunnison and get a hotel until they were able to fix it. It hadn’t snowed for weeks. No one came out to block off the areas to stay away from and there was no communication to warn about melting snow/ice with additional parking options. Because of the neglect to maintain the property (it hadn’t snowed in weeks, there was plenty of time to maintain the snow/ice on the roof) or at the very least communicate the possible dangerous situation our trip ended up costing more than double with the added expenses. ##### Jaime B.
