We were given very detailed instructions for getting to the town, beach, and Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park. Already miss it and would 100% stay again.FYI: When arriving you must text the host to open the gate, but then have a remote for the rest of your trip. I stay in Crescent City regularly for business and family trips, but this was a solo trip without my kids. I dislike the hotels in town so checked out this place. It was indeed a little Hideout. Cute cabin decor, kitchenette, living room where I could have a glass of wine with my family in town. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed. The grounds were wonderfully country with the requisite chickens, ducks and cat. Communications with Aneka, the owner, were great. Would recommend! ##### Lisa H. Very well appointed, clean and neat space and comfortable bed. I appreciated the proximity to the Redwood Forest and the beach. The host, Aneka, is kind and gave wonderful recommendations for the area. Told us the basic details of what we needed to know, and that was it! Extremely comfortable, clean and cozy place, kitchen had all the basic seasonings and some even extra pantry foods and condiments. Very homey and calm vibe. We really enjoyed the chickens and ducks!
