"We spent a fantastic holiday in Belesta with Andrew and Babara. The tastefully furnished flat is fully equipped and as good as new. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the flat. In addition to our own small terrace, we had access to the large garden with pool and plenty of seating. Andrew and Barbara are attentive and helpful hosts. Bij de incheck is er geen rondleiding… moet je borg betalen … dus binnen de 24h moet je alles opgemerkt en gaan zeggen hebben. Uitcheck blind… dus doen wat ze willen met je borg… De attractie op het meer is bijbetalen. De omgeving is wel prachtig en mooie uitstappen/ marktjes."

"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."
