Refund asked for in part (25) but not given despite owner saying he'd review with team. Hopefully fixes are made and someone better manages the property, because the person of contact has hired help that is letting things go unfixed. »

« Everything was amazing about our experience here. The only things we noticed was under the Shampoo Bottles were dirty. There was some scissors that had food on them put back in the cabinet. « Host was very responsive! Loved the loft room and the jacuzzi tub! The place was beautiful but older. Had some issues with the plumbing leaking, needs updated. Very dark getting in after sunset, you have to walk around to the back and not much light. They don't allow use of the laundry facilities unless you pay extra and then limited to 2 loads of laundry. I feel like that should have been stated on the site, not found out the day before checkin. »
