"The place was disgusting, rundown, broken parts, and the heat quit working in the middle of the night"

"Lobby was closed due to renovation. Also the rooms above us were being renovated. Lot of loud working starting at 8am. Woke us up. The hotel did not notify us about the work before hand and offered no compensation. Staff was nice and friendly not their fault. Definitely poorly owned."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful, and the breakfast staff was so sweet and kind. Breakfast was okay and convenient each morning. I also liked that there was a Dollar General close to the hotel, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was clean and everything went well during our stay. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the pool was closed. I really wished it had been open, but besides that, everything else was great."

"Hotel was perfect for our trip. Great location to Opry Mills, Grand ole Opry and the Gaylord hotel. Short drive into downtown Nashville but there is a shuttle that goes downtown for $15 per person round trip. Lots of great restaurants near the hotel too. Staff were very helpful recommending some to us. Will stay there again. "

"Shower head needs fixing in the room we stayed in. It’s basically a pipe sticking out of a hole in the wall. Everything else was wonderful."
