"I have to give cleanliness 3 stars because even though the rooms were spotless, I was met with an overflowing trash can outside the front door. The trashcans in the breakfast area are too small and/or too few. Parking was adequate but reduced due to a fence down around a construction area on the back half of the building. The staff was friendly and professional and ready to resolve any issues. The room was clean and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will make this our choice on future visits to the Phoenix/Glendale area."
