Small holiday development "Campestra". Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Chiavari, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: garden 4'000 m2 lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 13 m, depth 110 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Oct.) with alarm system. Table tennis, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Mare e Sole" 6 km, rocky beach 6 km. Nearby attractions: Porticcio 20 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.

Renovated in 2013: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV and air conditioning. 1 small room 4 m2 with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Partial view of the sea and the mountains. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Natur ... Pur

Wir haben Ruhe gesucht und hier in 300m Höhe gefunden. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und wird von zwei kleinen freilaufenden Hunden bewacht. Nachts zirpen die Grillen, ab und an kommen wildlebende Rinder am Grundstück vorbei. Die auf dem Grundstück lebenden Vögel verleihen Südsee-Flair. Insgesamt ist das Grundstück liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Jedes Haus hat seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist so toll wie abgebildet. Das Doppelbett ist mit 190cm Länge für großgewachsene Menschen knapp.
