"I stayed with my family in this property from Monday to Friday. I love that is surrounded by trees and is so quiet at night. I also loved the location; it was very close to the town and lots of things to do. Being in the clouds forest we had lots of condensation and sometimes the floor would get wet, nothing a mop wouldn’t fix if you don’t mind. If you plan to cook big meals, they only have a rice cooker and an electric skillet and no stove. We didn’t have an issue with that. Overall we had a...

"Perfect cabin with wildlife all around you! The cabin was immaculate! The kitchen has everything you need, we went to the grocery store (5 mins walk from the cabin) bought food. Everything we did was a short drive from the cabin, Selvatura park, El Tigre waterfalls, and local Sodas. Miguel is very helpful anytime I called or texted- he answered immediately."

"The property in on steep land, but transportation is available 24/7 via golf cart and the staff respond quickly. There are many amenities. First, the concierge staff are top notch. Johansy made sure all of our needs were met and she went above and beyond to do so. For example, when we found out the mini bar service was no longer offered, she helped us order snacks and drinks to be delivered from a grocery store to have in our room. Second, the resort provides its' own guides for the Manuel Antonio National Park. We arranged to have a private tour due to my mobility limitations. We had Clarence Whittaker as our guide, and he was so patient, friendly and helpful, he pushed me in a wheelchair, UPHILL and over gravel and rocks. He was incredible. And of course, he was an excellent, knowledgeable guide. I cannot say enough about him. There is also a free tour of the hotel's own nature reserve, but we didn't go on it. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The included breakfast is very generous. All the wait staff were friendly and attentive. The view is gorgeous and we watched the sun set from the restaurant and Sky Bar every night. We heard howler monkeys and toucans. The drinks were delicious and not overly sweet like in the US. Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean and it had nice amenities too, like delicious coffee, a sitting area, an outdoor sitting area and a luxurious shower with multiple nozzles. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and accommodating."

"Beautiful resort to spend time with family. Vegetarian dinner options were limited at La Casa restaurant and kind of expensive (nevertheless, you have a lot of restaurants outside at La Fortuna, but everything else in the resort was very nice and awesome! Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, resort is clean, pools, hot springs were great! Excellent resort!! FIVE STARS! We went in December 2025!"
