"Room wasnt ready at 2pm check in. There was no peephole on room door. As a solo traveller I would like to see who is outside before I open door. Bar was combined with reception. Cleaners on walkie talkies early in morning.. room clean location excellent."

"Fantastic 5 star hotel. Room was superb and evening turndown service is a very nice touch. Staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The spa though is superb - it also has direct access to the beach which allowed a swim in the sea before back into the spa area. The dining room, bar and outside sitting area overlooking the beach is a real standout. Would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Saint Jean De Luz."

"They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."
