The space
The cabin is located in Cosby, TN which sits on the The Great Smoky Mountains National Park boundary, and only about a 20-25 minutes drive to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. It is the perfect location to retain some peace and quiet while still having quick access to all the joys that Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge has to offer. Between 2 Creeks retreat is also conveniently located between Gatlinburg and the only white water rafting outfitters in the smokies. Smoky Mountain Outfitters offers everything from White water rafting tours to guided repelling down waterfalls!!

Be sure to try 321 cafe, located within walking distance of the cabin.

Features Description:
• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please do not leave trash or any food items laying outside of the cabin. We love our wildlife and want them to stay on their natural diets. We have a custom built, locked wooden box that acts as a bear proof container for all of your trash.
• Pets: Pets are allowed with a $150 fee for up to 2 dogs. As a gentle reminder, please keep pets off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs, to help us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. Any pet hair, dander, or damage found on linens or furniture may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.
• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.
• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.
• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Please book responsibly, and we appreciate your understanding.
• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
