Villa Il Palazzo is a manor house dating from the end of the 18th century, lovingly restored to its former splendor.
The Palace is situated in the region Fratta, a rural area in cui in splendid chandelier - one of the most important examples of Etruscan civilization - was discovered. The path of Reclamation Leopoldina, from Which you can enjoy a view of Cortona and the surrounding countryside, runs near to the Villa and can be explored on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.

Amazing house and holiday

We rented Il Palazzo for a two week holiday in July/August to holiday with 13 members of our family. It worked perfectly. The layout of 6 apartments and then a huge kitchen and dining area meant we could all have our own space but easily gather together. The industrial cooking facilities and large amounts of crockery and cutlery made catering very easy. Everything about Il Palazzo was great, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, there was plenty of hot water, the gardens were very pretty and well equipped with sun loungers and outside games and the pool big enough for family fun. However the best thing about renting Il Palazzo was meeting Lorenzo and his family. They were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Any query we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently and they worked hard to make our holiday perfect. Our holiday at Il Palazzo was voted the best family holiday we had ever taken and we hope to return soon. Thank you Lorenzo
