I didn’t see it in the description but when planning your stay, if you gonna have a boat and trailer you can keep it on the street and there is plenty of room. My son-in-law woke up in the a.m. with water dripping on his face from a leak in the ceiling. Management responded promptly and sent someone out to check it but it wasn't fixed during their stay. I would suggest that the owners provide more than one towel per person and a little more in the way of laundry soap and cleaning products. The staff were nice and friendly for booking but responding to questions/issues took a long time. We really liked that we had covered parking and the area was safe to take walks and enjoy. On the downside; The thermostat didn't seem to work properly, so the room got very warm at times. Also with the neighboring rooms sharing a deck it was very loud until all hours of the night. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
