The layout is perfect for friends traveling together. Each floor has it's own balcony. So, you can spend time with each other or go to another balcony if you need some alone time. Location was away from city center, but close enough for a quick trip to groceries or dinner on the golf cart. Having the golf cart was a great bonus that saved us not only money but time as well. Communication lacking Overall Our stay was good. The property was great and as described. We had an issue with the lock the first day. Tried to contact the owner who was apparently at a wedding in the boonies where the service was sketchy. We were locked out and couldn’t get ahold of her. Thankfully our 14 yr old son was able to scale the pergola in the back and go in the second floor sliding door we had, also thankfully, left unlocked. Had he not been able to do that we would’ve been stranded outside for over 2 hours late at night. This is of course a rare thing to happen but the owner should have a second emergency contact in the event they are inaccessible for a few hours. There also should be instructions for the elevator inside the elevator itself. The only instructions were in a picture frame on a table in the kitchen area and not super obvious. ##### Erica H. There were 8 of us - 6 adults and 2 kids. We found the common areas really beautiful and spacious, and particularly enjoyed the private pool and convenient location to the beach. We also appreciated that it was in a more private gated area. We did notice it was a bit sandy when we arrived in some of the bedrooms, and the kids room was a little cramped for two almost 6 year olds. We also would have appreciated more thoughtful amenities - We were given precisely 5 trash bags, dishwasher pods, rolls of toilet paper… So we had to go to the store a lot more than usual for things that are typically more generously provided at home stays. All that said though, we really enjoyed the house and would happily return with a little more things in stock! ##### Glen S.
