AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. MAIN LIVING SPACE: Step onto the front porch lined with khaki-colored columns and you’ll instantly de-stress! Open the door and you’ll find yourself in the downstairs gathering space, where den, dining area, and an efficient kitchen share an open-concept space. This entire, main living area is wrapped in crisp, white shiplap, while shutters on the windows and a seashell-strung chandelier signal that your beach vacation has begun! If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. We had two great days at the beach and a 3rd day at the pool and played pickleball. It's an easy place to go with family since you can drive your golf cart or take a short walk everywhere.
