May 11, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Communication #### No wifi, terrible thermostat, NO COMMUNICATION It was hot in the house when we checked in at 4:00pm, which is LATE for check-in!!! We had no control over the thermostat, so it stayed that way until it went down to 68 during the night & we were FREEZING! The wifi went off @ 9:00pm Friday night & NEVER came back on!! I sent numerous messages, no response! I called & they said they’d send someone- no one called, no one came, nothing got fixed!! The house echoes like the Grand Canyon! I do NOT recommend!! ZERO communication when there’s an issue! We will never use Vacasa again, they are a joke ##### Miranda C.
