Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise as you enjoy a spectacular endless ocean view from the comfort of your own bed. That is exactly what you will get when you book Sandcastle Unit #528! This lovely efficiency condo on the 5th floor is the perfect space for 2.

This beach condo is completely remodeled with beautiful tile throughout, a kitchen area complete with a granite counter, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, full-sized stove and a fully stocked kitchen. There is even a dishwasher for quick clean up after meal preparation.

For sleep arrangements, there is a king-sized bed. The living space is adorned with a small couch and additional chair to lounge on and read your favorite book or magazine. The dining area seats 2 and situated in front of the 40" flat screen TV for those who like to watch television while sipping their favorite cup of coffee.

The bathroom has a large, walk in shower and vanity with gorgeous granite counter tops and brilliant lighting to make getting ready a breeze. For additional storage space, there is a closet with shelving and enough room to place luggage for longer stays. The vanity has ample counter space to place personal toiletries on.

This private balcony is perfect and makes for a wonderful place to enjoy meals and drinks. As we mentioned before, the sunrise is Devine! Be sure to take advantage and share that special moment with someone.

Really enjoyed my stay they were having some repairs going on and honestly, I did not hear a thing. The room had a nice view of the ocean. The bed was very nice and comfortable.I really love that they have the hot tub open until 11. I enjoy that every day.

Great Stay!

Pictures are exactly what you get. We were hoping for sunrises, but it does face more south and west, so we didn’t get those. The view of the beach was still pretty amazing. Clean room, very comfortable and we loved the balcony! The beach access and rinse stations are really nice too! Highly recommended!

Wonderful room and a great view.

We really enjoyed our stay. If I had one suggestion it would be to give instructions for the tv. We struggled with it and finally turned it off. That is minor on an otherwise great stay!

Perfect for a couple.

The place is great for just a couple to be on the beach. The toilet needs reseated tho. I never got a message from the owner on how to check in. I only realized once I got to the property it was like checking into a hotel. It would be nice to have that message in the rental messages that the property is on site with lobby assistance and management like a hotel. The pool, workout room and location was perfect! Had a great stay!

Very nice!

Located on the top floor, so the balcony was much appreciated with a nice view of the beach, however, I wish it was closer to viewing the beach. Everything was nice inside, but had to buy a bathmat because there is not one provided and the shower leaked. We also had to but a corkscrew which we left there also!!! Plenty of utensils and kitchen supplies, but you will need to bring a pizza cutter, salt & pepper, foil, storage baggies and napkins. There was a roll of paper towels but we were also looking for napkins…just a thought. The boardwalk out to the beach is not all ONE LEVEL, we had a buggy and it was impossible to take because of so many stairs going up and down outward on this boardwalk. We had to completely walk around the building, so if you’re not lugging all of your chairs, umbrella, coolers, strollers, etc. this boardwalk is not for you!
