This complex is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. Granite counter space, stainless steel appliances, basic pots, pans and utensils complete the kitchen area (no dishwasher). There is seating for 2 at a breakfast table. Open closet space for hanging clothes and bench seating area connect the kitchen and living area. The open living/bedroom area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, cable, Wi-Fi, accent chair, Sofa, King size bed, nightstand and dresser. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the ocean air and views of the Gulf. There is a laundry facility on the 1st floor of the premises by the pool. It is approximately 0.5 miles to the beach. Elevator Access 1- King Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in. Life in Paradise rental agreement required upon booking. Please bring coffee and filters. Please provide your own charcoal. Construction is a constant in Port Aransas. The Ac worked but barley it’s one of those that you hot then cold then hot then cold for two nights so awful sleep.Upon leaving we found a big orange stain on the sheets which lead me to believe that the sheets were not changed or they did not have anything else to use. There is a great view of the water, but there was so much bird poop on the balcony (including on the seat cushions on the chairs), that we were unable to enjoy it. The water through the pipes was yellow, so we used bottled water for everything. There is a very musty smell as soon as you walk in the unit.
