Welcome to Pineapple Paradise! This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house is a perfect place for your next Port Aransas beach getaway. The house is in the popular Village Walk community on Eleventh Street, is a short drive to the beach, is close to Port A's shopping and dining, and is in the "golf cart zone". Inside you'll find an open concept first floor with a spacious living room, a dining table that seats 8 guests, and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and plenty of storage. You and your guests will love the knotty pine walls and ceilings and the tasteful coastal decor. There is a half bath off the kitchen as well. Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping areas and balcony. The first bedroom featurues a king bed, a television, a full attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious closet, and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a television, and access to the full hall bath with tub/shower combination. That bath is shared with the bunk room featuring a full bed, a set of bunk beds, and its own television. There is also a clothes washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside, you'll find the large balcony overlooking the main drive in the community. It's a great place to relax after a day at the beach and people-watch or see a peek at the ocean. The house also has a front porch, fenced yard, and garage parking. Village Walk is a gated community with two heated pools, walking paths to the pools, and beautiful landscaping. Cable television and wireless internet is included for your enjoyment. There is parking for three vehicles--one in an attached garage and two driveway spaces. Additional vehicles must be parked on the street and parking can be very limited in Village Walk. Please limit yourself to three vehicles , if possible. The property is located in the "golf cart zone" and guests can use golf carts to travel to the beach, around many areas of town, and within the community. Guests at Pineapple Paradise have the option of adding the six-seat golf cart at the property to their stay. Summer rates are $175 per day and off-season rates are $150 per day. Please contact us to add the golf cart to your reservation. This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained adult dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $75 pet fee per dog (covers the entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. There is no smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Could do better with getting the space cleaned well. Towels were not smelling fresh. Washer and dryer needs to be cleaned. One concern is that there was a water leak from the 1st floor to the living room through the roof. Freaked out as we were not sure what we would have done wrong to cause this. Called the host and received a reply that surprised us. It was a known issue and they were supposed to leave us a note to anticipate this. I am surprised this is not fixed before renting out to customers. Concern is for mold if this issue is not resolved. Not sure how long this issue is going on. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. The bedrooms were set up very convenient, and comfortably. The top wrap around porch was very nice. We never had an issue with the first come first serve parking on the road. We will definitely consider staying here for our future vacations! Thank you!! ##### Shanda M.
