Both Condos are owned by the same couple and are beautifully decorated with modern touches throughout, all new furniture and 3 new smart TVs. The connecting doors between the units can be left open for easy access between the units or you can easily close one or both of the connecting doors for complete privacy.

This condo is decorated with lively coastal accents and gorgeous wooden furniture. There is no space left untouched, as the owners of this space have considered everything to make guests' stay the most comfortable it can be.  
  
The open kitchen/living area has a gorgeous view of the beach and waves! While cooking, you are looking directly out at the ocean and can easily whip up delicious meals since the kitchen has been fully outfitted with cookware, small appliances and everything you might need. The kitchen features new stainless appliances and beautiful granite countertops with four bar stools making it easy for guests to visit with the chef while your meal is being prepared.  
  
Watch the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the gulf from the floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen/living area as well as from the floor to ceiling windows in the large master bedroom. The kitchen/living area features its own private patio with four rocking chairs and two tables. The master bedroom also has its own private patio with two rocking chairs. The private balconies provide the perfect setting for a romantic evening complete with stunning ocean views! For early morning risers, take advantage of the outside patio rocking chairs and have your morning coffee wile gazing at the one-of-a-kind island sunrise!   
  
Guests enjoy a plush king-sized bed in the master bedroom with a 65” smart TV, a plush king-sized bed in the second bedroom with a 55” smart TV as well as a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area with a 75” smart TV. Both bedrooms include large dressers with lots of drawers where you can easily store all your vacation clothes.  
  
The master bedroom features a second full kitchen with a small dinette and two comfortable swivel chairs. The master bath includes a large tub/shower combo and has been beautifully remodeled with a granite countertop, upgraded brushed nickel fixtures, and lots of extra hooks for those beach towels and swimsuits. For those who need to get ready for a special event, the vanity has plenty of counter space for personal belongings and brilliant lighting together with two closets.   
  
The second bath has a walk-in tile shower with glass sliding doors, beautiful new cabinets, granite countertops, twin sinks and lots of extra hooks for towels/swimsuits as well as a linen closet for extra storage.
