This Awesome 2nd Story House Has All You Need for a Great Vacation in Port Aransas. 2 BR. 2 BA Sleeps 8. There is plenty of parking for 4 cars or 2 cars and a boat/watercraft. The master bedroom (BR1) has a king bed with a TV, a dresser for your beach attire, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower. The 2nd bedroom (BR2) has 2 queen beds TV, and storage for clothing. There is a bathroom across the hallway that has a shower/tub combination unit. The full kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, and counter space to meet your cooking needs. The breakfast table has seating for 2 and the bar has 4 stools. Extra-large living area for entertaining with a couch, sofa sleeper, TV with Wi-Fi. The shared washer & dryer room is located downstairs, it is shared with a separate guest house. No matter what's your pleasure you will find it here. Take a nice swim in the Private pool. The Beautiful yard and mature palms surround this property.

This property can be booked with the adjoining property that sleeps 8. Parking in the driveway ONLY

Things to Know:
Minimum age to book with life in paradise is 25, valid ID required.
Pet friendly, with $95 fee per dog, fee requires will be sent separately after booking.
Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
Beach gear available (with a 2-night minimum stay, details will come via email from Vayk Gear).
Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
Laundry detergent not provided.

Nice space

This is a nice space to stay for a few days. Close to ferry access and restaurants. Instructions weren't clear that we would have to share the driveway with the downstairs tenant causing confusion. View overlooks adjacent RV park.

My family just completed their second annual stay at this property. Place is fully furnished, has a private pool, and is very close to the beach. We love it and we’re looking forward to going back next year.

What a great property

We had so much fun staying on this property. It was central to Port Aransas and the beach. With the entire family loved is we also had a pool and a hot tub on the property which made it a complete water weekend.

Great house

We had a wonderful time. Having the jacuzzi was great since the pool was a little cold (in April), not that the kids minded. The A/C unit is extremely loud, which I was able to sleep through but my mom who slept in the room with the 2 Queens woke up every time it kicked on. No glass allowed at the pool, so bring some plastic cups and/or refillable tumblers. There were several remotes for the tv, which was a little confusing but we managed. The elevator was handy for the heavy stuff to get up the stairs. All in all it’s a great property, just wanted to fill the next guests in on the things that would help / were good to know.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our first vacation w/out kids. We spent every morning and evening on the front deck. Great place for enjoying the sunsets. The only thing that has make me hold back from reccomending it to my friend was...it needs a good spring cleaning..blinds, vents, things like that.

Location is great for shopping, eating out & even getting to the beach. Having the pool & hot tub were an awesome addition. As well as all the outdoor lounging areas! Our only issue was a few things in the house not staying in place, the shower head fell off onto someone’s head, you had to be careful on the queen beds, seemed they may not be screwed in properly, and just the amount of cockroaches we saw throughout the house. The house itself is awesome with great amenities, was even able to meet the owner who was extremely nice, if just those small issues were resolved and he’d have us again we would definitely be back!

Perfect for families

Our second time renting this property and its perfect for our family. Love the location and private pool its goes up to 4 feet which is perfect for children. Accommodations are clean and maintained.

What did we pay for?

Everybody rinsed outside on first day so nobody used the second bathroom. Following day someone showered, shower head doesn’t even work, faucet can be pulled out, tub leaked all of the bath water onto bathroom floor instead of down the drain. The entire bathroom floor was covered of water and it leaked into the hallway. We did our best to dry it up, but it seemed like the floor would remain wet after. You could walk on it nd socks would absorb the water. It was so inconvenient to only have one indoor working shower. Kitchen sink isn’t draining properly instead of draining it’s leaking water into the cabinets underneath. Pool was dirty and had sand inside. Floors weren’t cleaned prior to our arrival. White socks turned black but was charged a cleaning fee for after our stay. Why charge a cleaning fee if its evident no one mopped. Also didn't realize we would be sharing our washer and dryer w the neighbors. Hot tub was either hot or cold buttons didn't work other than jets. Not enough lighting around pool area it was way to dark. Definitely to expensive for what you get. Will not be staying ever again

The furniture is dated. Skimpy on the cooking utensils. The grand father clock needs to be fixed so it doesn’t ring every time you walk by it. There is a roach issue inside the house. We killed a few while we were there. The pool wasn’t cleaned out and had sand in it. The hot tub was not full when we got there and never got hot.

Great place to stay for a couple & 2 adult family members

This place was great! The kitchen is large and had plenty of space to cook. The living room was definitely big enough for 4 people and 2 dogs. The fridge takes a while to cool your things if you stock it full of warm-ish/room temp stuff (understandably), it just has a lot of work to do, so I recommend being patient or putting some in at a time. The king bed in the master is super comfy! Also, the pool is awesome - 4ft is perfect. The lighting at night isn't the best, so you may want to bring something to add a bit of light. The light is adequate to see around to be safe, though. Dealing with the company (Life in Paradise) was a good experience. They were professional and quick. We rented a golf cart through them since they give better rates to their property renters. They can work with you through text and respond relatively quickly. They are flexible. Zero complaints here about the company. Overall, very satisfied!! Thank you all for a great stay! 🙂
