I have been to Mustang Island and Port Aransas 50+ times since living in San Antonio. This location offered everything I was looking for. This condo located in El Constante is directly on the beach. Everything was as advertised for a rental. place was very clean, spacious for 1 adult and 2 teens, we all had our own sleeping space. You can walk right out on the beach, or drive 30 seconds to take your chair, cooler and gear. very nice pool with fountain, hot tub. and for those who enjoy fishing, the Packery channel is walking distance, We did all of this! Plenty of local options for restaurants, pizza, gas. Condo had all the kitchen items for cooking. no issues with check in, and I was even able to extend my checkout hours for reasonable fee. I will definitely plan to stay at this location again for future beach trips, much better option and cost compared the hotels nearby. most of all my kids enjoyed it, and they are ready to go back to the island. ##### Charlie G. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The escalation in Cost to stay has risen too sharply. The interior is falling apart. Ive been shopping for a place of my own. Taxes doubled on Island properties.
