If you’re craving city life, all the shops, restaurants, attractions, and amenities of central Corpus Christi are around 10 miles away, and if you’d rather spend the day in nature, Mustang Island State Park is four miles north, and Padre Island National Seashore is four miles south. Inside, the living space is bright and modern, with an open layout, lots of natural light, and space to relax. Whip up family favorite recipes in the full kitchen, then serve up your culinary creations at the breakfast bar or window-front dining table. After a day in or on the water, cool off in the central AC while any laundry gets a quick refresh in the washer/dryer. Watch a bit of TV, use the free WiFi to scroll social media, or step out to a local restaurant for dinner before calling it a night in either serene bedroom - another perfect beach day awaits tomorrow. CONDO AMENITIES \-Outdoor pool THINGS TO KNOW Parking for 2 vehicles. No trailers, boats, or travel trailers are allowed to be parked in the parking lot. Violators will be towed at owner's expense. Unit 208 is on the left hand side upstairs. \*\*Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. Parking notes: No parking available. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Quiet location .. maybe a little more lighting to accommodate the short walk around the side of the building to the entrance. Condo appeared to be very clean upon arrival but after a bit you could tell it needed a good corner to corner scrubbing, including walls, but overall good. Cooking Utensils are sparse but workable. Most places we stay have a Guest Book and/or book that includes info on local food, highlights, attractions, etc. .. I would suggest adding that to this condo. We had a problem with no Cable or TV for our stay, which management compensated for; However, when we contacted the cable company on our 1st night, trying to get it to work, they said management just needed to call them with the ok to come in and replace the modem, but we couldn't get that to happen .. not that we were home watching TV all day on vacay but it did rain several days so a working TV in the evening to watch a movie would have been nice, not to mention the use of wifi instead of having to max out our phone data. Absolutely clean both inside and outside. Tranquility at its best. The balcony view of both the pool and beach were my favorite. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.
