Non-functioning elevators and fire alarms, and blocked driving access making it different to navigate their maze to get to the condo. Hazardous unsafe driving conditions coming and going to this destination. And thank you for allowing us to your property. The communication was there. And it was cozy. However, the location of which the condo is, was deceptive. I guess it’s partly my fault for not deep diving in research before coming on this trip. Right on the edge of the hood of Corpus Christi. A couple minutes walk from The beach access for the building it’s in, #3, was chained up and broken. So we had to walk an additional 5-7 mins to get to the beach. By the end of our stay that door was also chained up and broken. The condo it’s in is raggedy. Rusty metal everywhere, dirty, walls broken, holes in the ceiling of the entry ways, and no elevators. Roaches on the balconies. The smell of rat infestation in the stairs and walkways, Not even a fire alarm. Very dangerous. With all due respect. To the owner, I would call it quits and find another form of income because this place is a dump and you deserve more.
