Jun 30, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Close to the beach, far from comfortable For the rate we paid, I would have much rather stayed at a hotel. The house had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt dirty from the moment we walked in. Towels were dingy, the TVs barely worked, and the furniture felt more like dorm room pieces—not suitable for a comfortable adult stay. We didn’t even use the blankets because we were genuinely concerned about what might be under them.Several windows were left unlocked, which made us uneasy, especially given the sketchy area. There were homeless individuals frequently walking down the street, and the home is right by a homeless park.The one upside was the location near McGee Beach and being able to use scooters to get to and from the beach soccer tournament.
