You'll be just two miles from Clem's Marina and public beach access at Whitecap Beach (two miles). There are also a variety of stores and restaurants in the area, and downtown Corpus Christi is about 20 miles northwest. The only hiccup encountered was to “reserve” the boat slip ahead of stay which we did. Then come to find out what we were told was completely inaccurate regarding which slip to put the boat in. The second day the property manager addressed the issue so it’s possibly worked out now but needless to say we weren’t pleased having to move the boat in the middle of the night after being in someone else’s boat slip. The only other issue for boaters is there is extremely limited space to park a boat and trailer. ##### Jason P. Conveniently located, beautiful views, very clean!!! I didn't give it 5 stars only bcuz we had a little trouble with wifi password (written incorrectly), but management came out quickly and handled it. Wasn't bad just inconvenient.
