Parking for 2 vehicles (A Guest Pass must be displayed on the dashboard. A warning notice will be placed under the windshield wiper of unpermitted vehicles for a minimum of 24 hours prior to towing. The following are not permitted on the condominium parking lot without the Board's consent: recreational that aren't legal for street usage, large commercial trucks and industrial vehicles. Washing, repairs, restoration, or maintenance of vehicles is prohibited, except for emergency repairs, and then only to the extent necessary to enable movement of the vehicle to a repair facility. All parking spaces at the condominium shall be used for parking purposes; leaving a vehicle in the same space for more than 72 hours shall be considered "storage" and will be towed.
