« A beautiful house in a gorgeous setting, right on the river. It’s very clean and comfortable, with many household items already there. AC works really well. Several nice seating areas outside too. The owners are quick to answer questions and are very helpful. We were happy we chose this house and are looking forward to visiting again in the future. Thanks very much. »

« We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated. The screened porch overlooking the forest with the sound of the river in the background was wonderful – well furnished with rockers, tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, without bugs! The creek access is down a steep grade through the trees, with flights of wooden steps, but neither up nor down was more than any...

« Just a suggestion, but let your customers know info about the options on a tv = what is and isn't available. May need to gets some electrical outlets more secure to the walls or covers on some. Some structural issues can't be solved and place rented but I am sure they are more cosmetic than anything »

The cottage was clean, had a hairdryer in the bathroom, coffee, towels & wash cloths, sheets, condiments, dish liquid, broom, vacuum cleaner, A.C., lotion , hand soap, front porch with rocking chairs, comfortable beds, etc... just like home. « My family has visited Helen multiple times but this was the first time we decided to try a Vrbo rental.
