Personal muy atento y servicial, habitación cómoda aunque con algunos detalles menores de mantenimiento, limpias; café gratis, estacionamiento incluido cercano y admiten mascotas ( con cargo extra). Estuvimos 7 días a gusto, porque también está muy cerca del centro.

Las fotos del hotel en internet no coinciden con lo que ofrecen. Televisores en mal estado, baños mal olientes, tuve que esperar bastante tiempo en la "recepción" porque el camino a mi habitación era al aire libre y estaba lloviendo.

Hacía mucho calor y no podíamos dormir, teníamos que tener las ventanas abiertas, porque con el ventilador no era suficiente, y se les acaba rápido el agua caliente, honestamente el costo no era para el hotel. Falta cuidar más detalles.

Había cabellos en la cama y las almohadas, el baño no estaba del todo limpio y no tenían agua caliente. Nos cambiaron de habitación y fue lo mismo. Muy decepcionante porque la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la zona tranquila.

encontré una cucaracha de las grandes muerta en el baño, los colchones son viejos y duros además tiene cubre colchón de plástico, fue una estancia de un día por necesidad ya que la pista en Orizaba estaba cerrada
