Elle m'a assuré que si j'appelais Hotels.com et qu'ils contactaient l'hôtel eux accepteraient le remboursement. Il était 23h j'ai perdu 45min à contacter hotels.com pour qu'ils contactent finalement l'hôtel et donc Daniela qui a refusé..."
