We booked a queen suite with a jacuzzi and balcony but when we arrived we were given a ground level so had to upgrade (cost was $239 more) We have stayed there 4 times in the past with excellent service, but this time it was a huge waste of money! Even left a message for them to call back before booking but no one called back. We will definitely think about staying somewhere else when staying in the beautiful town of Callander!!! I will keep trying to get a hold of someone from the place to try to resolve the upgrade charge, because the room I booked we have stayed in before."
