Fabulous beachside location

We had a fabulous week in the house - great location with ideal proximity to quiet beach and wonderful views. House equipped with everything you could need and extremely comfortable. We particularly appreciated the contact and warm welcome offered by Sophie who generously accommodated our arrival/departure times. Would definitely be keen to return in the future. Only suggestion for improvement would be if the damage deposit could be arranged through VRBO rather than as cash deposit but otherwise would highly recommend. Thank you!

Eine Woche mit Freunden

Mit zwei Familien und vier Kindern haben einen wunderbare Woche zusammen verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles, was wir uns wünschen konnten... Gute Ausstattung, beheizter Pool, Sitzmöglichkeiten für jedes Wetter und Windrichtung, tolle Aussicht. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat Charme! Ende Mai hatten wir den Strand Unterhalt meist für uns alleine. Die Umgebung bietet tolle Ausflüge ins Hinterland und die kleine Städtchen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen! Danke!

PARFAIT

Très bel emplacement, maison très agréable et confortable à une minute d’une plage de sable souvent déserte. Le trafic ferroviaire n’est franchement pas gênant (environ un dizaine de trains chaque jour entre 8h et 20h10. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve.

Villa magnifique

Se lever le matin, et voir la mer, profiter de la piscine avec cette vue, et se baigner dans cette crique magnifique. Et le soir, se délecter d un coucher de soleil différent à chaque fois… un paradis.

Très bon emplacement dans la Marine de Davia

La maison est extrêmement bien située. La plage est au pied de la maison. Très belle piscine. La maison est très pratique. Les salles de bain mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Sophie a été exceptionnelle pour l’arrivée et le départ.

Tres bel endroit

Tres agreable villa , extraordinairement bien situee, accueil tres sympathique. Pieces de vie plus petites que ce que les photos laissent supposer, on est tres bien a 8 mais au-dela de 8 , un peu serres pour dejeuner/diner a l interieur . ( et oui la meteo n a pas ete de la partie durant notre semaine ) . Le petit train pr calvi/ile rousse passe juste a cote et la ‘gare ‘ est a 5 min a pied! Superbe plage a 15-20 min a pied par les sentiers jsq a Algajola. Location de tres bons velos chez b-bikes a ile rousse pr aller faire le col de la bataille, un bout du gt20 ou une visite a san antonino!

Endroit parfait !

Idéalement située, très bien équipée avec une vue magnifique sur la marine. A 7 min de l'Ile Rousse et proche de nombreuses plages. A noter que le petit studio du bas n'est pas communiquant avec le reste de la maison ce qui, pour nous, n'était pas génant. Terrain de pétanque, piscine, table de ping pong, barbecue, nous avons passé une semaine magnifique.

Tres bon sejour, superbe maison

Maison tres agreable avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer un sejour parfait. La localisation est aussi tres pratique a 2 pas de la plage, 10 min du centre ville de l ile rousse et 10 min des villages dans la montagne. Enfin les hotes sont tres concilliant et veillent a ce que le sejour se passe tres bien. Je recommande !

Merveilleux

Magnifique viilla meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Toutes les pièces sont bien proportionées et la cuisine et très bien equipée. On est à deux minutes à pied de la jolie plage et il y a des vues superbes sur la mer depuis la terrasse, le salon et la cuisine. Les proprietaires sont charmants, vous assurant un accueil chaleureux. On reviendra, c'est sûr!

Maison très bien située dans la Marine de Davia, plage à 2 minutes à pied pas trop bondée contrairement aux autres plages de la baie, Calvi à 30 minutes et Ile Rousse à 10 minutes. Maison très agréable à vivre, bien équipée, chambres avec climatisation et bonnes literies. Extérieurs bien entretenus et spacieux avec belle terrasse ombragée pour prendre les repas, table de ping pong et terrain de pétanque. Piscine agréable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et admiré les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la mer. Propriétaires très accueillants.

Un petit coin de paradis les pieds dans l’eau

Nous avons séjourné à 2 familles dans cette maison à 2 pas de la plage. La maison est propre, chaleureuse, en bon état et les chambres sont spacieuses (5 en tout avec une bonne literie et la climatisation ce qui est appréciable). Nous nous y sommes sentis à l’aise tout de suite et avons pris nos marques rapidement, la maison est très fonctionnelle. Tout est là, le cadre magnifique vue sur la mer que vous soyez dans la piscine chauffée ou sur la terrasse en train de déjeuner avec le bruit des vagues ou des petits oiseaux qui chantent. Rien ne manque... terrain de pétanques, table de ping-pong. Nous espérons y revenir car nous y avons passé de très bons moments. Pour couronner le tout, les propriétaires sont adorables et toujours disponibles pour toute question ou besoin de conseil. Merci à eux d’avoir partager leur petit coin de paradis.
