The staff was excellent. Only one problem this morning the doors to the elevator area was locked. After two calls to the front desk I learned that maintenance was being done. The doors were not supposed to be locked. It was over one hour before they were unlocked. I even took the stairs first to learn that exiting would set off an alarm. So I went back upstairs. We were virtually locked on the floor for over one hour that I was aware of.
