"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The check in clerk gave useful information about the town. I really liked that he respected the privacy of each person checking in and there was a line but he was fast and efficient without losing the hospitality. The staff putting out breakfast was very nice. The rooms were clean but I would suggest they go a little deeper with the cleaning. I did love that there was a deadbolt on the door as a solo female traveler it made me feel a little more secure. "

"Everything was clean and beautiful. The hostess was as accommodating as I could have ever imagined. The cabin was very special with very nice decor! The kitchen was appropriately furnished with utensils and grilling equipment. We were glad that some previous items like oil and seasonings were left there because we for got some of those necessities."

"This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway! The kayaks were so much fun, and the view was absolutely amazing! The communication was AMAZING from start to finish. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question.The cabin had everything we needed and more, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and can’t say enough good things about our experience. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"

"Good stay for two nights in Heber Springs while in town for family funeral. Didn’t spend much time at the property but the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Very accommodating for our large group and even a late cancellation for one room that wasn’t able to make it last minute due to car trouble."
