Located in a residence in the middle of nature, secured by an automatic barrier, the villa Gioia overlooks the beautiful bay of Favone. Fully equipped, its beautiful terrace offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Favone and its splendid sunrises.  
  
Entrance to the living room with open kitchen, fully equipped: ceramic hob, combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, combined electric oven-microwave, kettle, hood, toaster, coffee maker dolce gusto and classic coffee maker ...  
  
Living room with sofa bed, armchairs, dining table for 6 people, TV, internet by wi-fi with pay-per-use ticket €5/person/device/week  
Bay window opening onto a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay: teak garden furniture, deck chair, parasol...   
(removable safety barriers)  
No BBQ : forbidden in the residence !  
  
Room 1- air-conditioned: 2 beds in 90 which can be brought closer, cupboard of arrangement with closet.  
  
Room 2- air-conditioned: 2 beds in 90 which can be brought closer, cupboard of arrangement with closet.
